1. Obtain and Complete Application
The first step of the registration process requires you to be accepted by Admissions Committee. For this to happen, you must first obtain the application packet from the Admissions Office or download it off the website.
Second, you need to fill out each section of the form (information supplied on your application becomes a part of your permanent record) and include a recent photo.
There are five parts to this application packet which must be completed before your file can go to Admissions Committee:
• Personal and family information (the first 3 pages of the application packet) complete with student and parent signatures
• Personal statement handwritten by the student
• Three recommendation forms mailed directly to the academy, at least one must come from an educator (principal, teacher, etc.) of the last school attended. Other two come from a pastor or counselor.
• Official transcript (envelop must be sealed for transcript to be official) or a copy of the student’s most recent grade report.
• $25 application fee, if received by May 31, and $50 after June 1 (for international students, this fee is $125 because of the additional paper work involved)
Third you must get the necessary forms to the school in person, by mail or fax.Mail:
After Admissions Committee meets you will receive a letter of acceptance in the mail. Included with this letter are a few other necessary forms such as the Photo Release form and the Computer Network Acceptable Use Agreement form. Fill these out and send them to the school before you arrive.
