Foreign Language

Education is about the student first! When the student is at the heart of teaching, the classroom becomes about meeting the educational needs of the student instead of covering a curriculum. Learning a second language is a fun, experiential, and interactive process. Participation in class is absolutely the keystone to success. Additionally, this class adopts the 6 Cs of second language learning. The first 5 Cs are from the ACTFL (American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages)—Communication, Cultures, Connections, Comparisons, and Communities, and the 6th C—Christ as our focus—is from the North American Division Foreign Language Standards.
