Military Family Appreciation

November is the month when America honors those who sacrificed their lives for our country.

No matter the rank or branch, we honor them.

National Military Family Association (NMFA) is an association that marched around the Capitol to tell the stories of those who died in war so they aren’t forgotten.

Don’t hesitate to get involved this month with spreading awareness and appreciation to those who have served or are serving currently. They are protecting this country and have put their lives on the line for all of those living in it. Spreading appreciation encourages those who are currently serving a reason to keep fighting.

You can donate to families who have had a loved one deployed. It gives them strength and hope. Encourage others to do the same! This can help the healing process, strengthen families going through rough times, reduce challenges, and overcome obstacles that felt like they could never overcome. You can donate in many ways, whether by mail or digital, anything helps!

Living life in appreciation is a small sign of respect and honor. Whether you have a neighbor, family member, or a family friend who is in the military currently, has served, or has lost a loved one, don’t forget to appreciate them. Especially this month!
